I will guide you toward an understanding of self & the world around you through spiritual practices, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), & NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness & curating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs & goals. Everyone has resistance when trying to achieve soul alignment & full body wellness, but I will work closely with you to help identify & overcome your triggers. In order to accept the path of enlightenment, I’ll be guiding you toward specific practices formulated for you & your lifestyle such as mindfulness training, meditation, & more.

What if I only need a little help?
Whether you need a little or a lot of help, I am here to support you on your journey. Some begin to find that there is simply just one thing that can drastically change your life. With my tailored sessions, you can discover what you truly need in just one session! Together we will determine what your current focuses are & the urgencies of each of them to determine the best way for you to start feeling confident & relaxed each day.
What does wellness coaching consist of?
Wellness coaching takes all forms of therapy & performance coaching while healing your past, so you can achieve your goals with quickness, enjoy each moment of your life, & trust that everything is working out in your favor. I integrate holistic wellness practices such as meditation, anchors, & visionary work to help you concentrate on what’s most important in your life. As a wellness coach, I will become your accountability partner with the expectation you will put the work in as well. Working with a life coach requires discipline & courage but I have the utmost confidence in you & what you all can achieve!
How often are the sessions?
Depending on what type of guidance you need will determine how often we meet. My sessions are designed specifically for you & your lifestyle. After our initial 1 hour consultation, I offer check-in sessions of your choice in length of time, so every session is meaningful & tailored to your needs.
How do I know I need a wellness coach?
If you are feeling anxious like you don’t belong, you can’t get anything done, it’s hard to get out of bed, struggling to find your life purpose, having a hard time understanding how to seek happiness, or you are constantly comparing yourself to others- you should consider reaching out to a wellness/life coach. Working with me can help you understand what your true intentions & goals are, be aware of what is going on around you & inside of you, & how you can physically live out your dream life.
